My philosophy is, treat others with respect and kindness as you would do to yourself. I assume that all people are good unless they prove otherwise. Life is too short to not enjoy it fully before we we fly away.
Life is better in two. Good life partner or none. Relationship should be like autonomy within a federation. Personal freedom ought to be preserved. Enjoy the positives and tolerate the negatives.
