I know that the notion/feeling of romantic love doesn't last. So I am just looking for a practical relationship from the beginning.
There needs to be physical attraction between the two of us (i think that is different than "romantic love")
We should get along and have some common interests.
And I would like to start off with us both knowing what is expected of us in the relationship before we get into it. And accept those expectations. Kind of almost like a business arrangement between mutually attracted friends.
