I had always thought I’d have found my life partner by this point in my life, but it simply didn’t happen. So, now you find me here ;)
I am single, I have no children and I have never been married. Perhaps part of the reason for this, is that I have spent a good part of my adult life traveling. I worked in Europe throughout my 30s and now I find myself in Africa doing press work for an international organization.
I grew up in Florida (USA) and moved to Washington, DC after university. I am very close with my family. My mother is a retired school principal. My father was a judge and lawyer, but passed away a few years ago. I have a younger brother who lives in California and has three sons. Most of my friends are actually non-Americans, which has given with me a better understanding and appreciation of other cultures.
I think you’ll discover that I’m not your typical American. I am also very easy going and you’ll find that I have a wonderful sense of humor.
