I was raise to be a gentleman/romantic, and take this very seriously! I enjoy showing my affections for my lady, and in many unique ways. I love to make her feel she is wanted and needed!
I enjoy playing guitar and writing music. I have been involved with a couple of music groups in the past, and hope to start another very soon. I like to build models, mainly military types for the making of diarama's. I also collect sports and military memoribilia. I like to learn all I can about history and militaries, and their effects on society, past and present. This is one reason I joined the US Army when I was 17. I am just as comfortable going for a night out on the town as I am staying home watching a good movie. I personally like to watch action, war, comedy, and some documentary type movies and shows, but will watch anything that the person I am with enjoys. I will not force my will, or beliefs on anyone! Although I do not drink alcohol often, mainly only a social drinker, I do smoke cigarettes on a daily basis.
Due to my service to my country I have a physical disability that prevent me from doing all that I would like to do, but does not prevent me from being a loving husband, and father! My injury does cause me to walk with a limp, and most times with the aid of a walking cane. As a result of my service injury I receive a very decent and guaranteed income, with other benefits that is more than enough to support a family. Although I am not wealthy, I am reliable in this aspect. I am very passionate about US Military Veterans issues.
A little over a year ago I brought a brand new three bedroom home that is way too big for me alone, but is perfect for a family. It is located in a small midwestern US town that is very safe, and has access to a tennis court, swimming pool, and childrens playground. I have grown to enjoy, and even prefer the simpler things in life. I am a nonmaterialistic person. I am also always open to a new adventure.
I could keep going on about myself, and my ideals for a perfect relationship, but I would like to keep somethings for future correspondence.
